Absolutely gorgeous food! Plenty of choices,very tasty,posh & well presented! Really lovely place to be.cosy atmosphere friendly staff & customers. On the downside... Ordering took a while each time,but once order was taken,the food & drinks arrived quickly. We did book days in advance. Only 4 of us,but the table wasn't ready so had a little wait. They may need more staff to take orders? or the current staff need to be quicker.? Overall though .the friendliness of the staff,the high quality & speed of the food ,the whole place & atmosphere feeling warm,cosy & accommodating FAR over powered the negatives.

So glad we finally visited Castell Mynach as the food was absolutely stunning. Beautifully cooked mains of steak and lamb and the starters were perfection. And reasonably priced especially for Valentine’s Day. Lovely friendly staff, Lola the barmaid was friendly and hats off to the chefs Ben and Matt. We will be back.

Turned up last minute on a Saturday night and the manager Ben kept the kitchen open to make me food and it made my Saturday night! Incredible burger, loads of chips, excellent service. Can't recommend enough
