Stopped in for some food after a convention and the gentleman that served us was attentive and courteous getting our order just right. We had bacon brie panini with cappuccino and iced chocolate milk

After years of being a card carrying Costa customer. I took the plunge and bought myself a Costa Reusable cup. I figure that it was time that I did my part given to volume of coffee that I drink, to protect the environment.
Regardless of where I buy my coffee from be it a motorway services, a franchises or an original , a shop in the city center or a small town.
I have always found the service to be exceptional, as well as quality of the product on offer.
I drink decaffeinated latte with plant based milk and l have always found that l can enjoy my cuppa regardless of location.

Costa Coffee is amazing, they have saved me during the pandemic when I need the bathroom so bad and NO OTHER coffee shop would let me use it in an emergency after running around town trying to find a bathroom on my walk. The coffee and food is good too! :)

I am the girl who smashed her head against the ground and required hospitalisation.
I cannot thank Costa staff enough for being such an amazing and compassionate people. One member of this branch took care of me until the ambulance arrived.

On my visit it was spotlessly clean; I got fast service; Staff were friendly and the coffee was nice. Convenient for the intercity coach stop at Cardiff University.

Our first stop for a coffee before heading into the centre or jumping on the Megabus or train. Friendly, helpful, efficient staff. Indoor or outdoor seating. Can get busy, but the friendly mainly student customers don't seem to mind sharing table space!

Coffee was very hot, staff always seem very friendly and chatty, a comfortable place to have a coffee.
Also if you like to unwind it has its quiet moments, not often that busy, overall quite a good experience, been there quite a few times.

Amazingly friendly staff, didn’t roll their eyes at my dietary requirements and were really chatty. Toilets and whole place really clean and tidy. Nicest costa I’ve been to!!
