Our usual departure airport is Bristol but the whole experience at Cardiff Wales Airport makes us wonder if this is a better option for us even if the flight choice is narrower! The young lady working the Ritazza bar today was so charming she is a great credit to the whole airport.
She deserves a pay rise!!!

Our flight was delayed but the staff were really polite and hospitable. Mel and Simona took care of us, even served us at our table as we weren't able to carry our drinks ourselves. They even checked up on us now and again to see if we needed anything. Although Ryanair disappointed our trip, these lovely ladies helped make it a tiny bit better. Will definitely pop in for a coffee the next time we fly from Cardiff again .

Lovely food and was clean but took very long despite there only being one person ahead only getting a coffee!

It was a lovely experience. The boy who served me was really friendly and helped to choose the best option for me. Wide choice of plant based milk is a big plus.
