Extremely bad service. People working there seems like they don’t like the job. Waited 20 minutes for 4 chickens. Yea you heard that right 20 minutes on a so called fast food restaurant. We asked for drumsticks for those four chickens and in the end we did not get any. Really bad KFC to visit. Unacceptable.
Nice efficient KFC in the services. Order via the touch screens, food is ready quickly. There is general services seating area right outside the restaurant. Chips and chicken were hot and freshly cooked. Use the app for rewards and offers.
Stopped off as we were hungry having driven for ages on the motorway. It was ok, good chicken but measly chips portions - i think all KFCs are tight with the chips though?
I ordered bucket for one but i only received chicken,no chips at all.Contact number for Cardiff gate branch not working.Its not the first time though,in August i ordered bucket for one,i received chips and meat,no drink.
