The staff were lovely polite kind and understanding. The facilities were very clean and having noticed the VIP signage on bowling my son mentioned it and the lady was.more than happy to put us there over all lovely place coin machines you can use your card or contactless to get money for the arcade :)

3 of the staff Abi, Issac and Leanne were very kind and patient while trying to decide which prizes we wanted. They served us with smiles and made our experience worthwhile. definitely coming again.

24 Lanes of pure enjoyment! Great for a friends outing, work outing or any sort of party setting. The staff is really helpful and the lanes are emmaculate

Good size parking. Free/discounted parking if you enter your reg with any of the facilities in the red dragon centre. Has recently been slightly modified. Few of the machines in the arcade have been removed completely. There have been some new machines installed. As with alot of arcades nowadays it is a hit and miss. Some machines had broken parts, 1 took our money but didn't work. With that being said, I do visit here often and always enjoy the visit. It is 1 of only a few arcades we have in cardiff. You will spend alot within a couple of hours. Most machines were £1 a go. Bowling is pretty standard other then it can be pricy especially on the weekend.

We had a really good time there. I brought my daughter and her boyfriend, they both have disabilities. First we bowled for 2 game, l think our lane was broken because the ball kept going to the side lol. We then went and had a drink and a burger meal in the bar, which was delicious. A great time there thank you.
