Lovely calm friendly atmosphere with great food. Today 4 of us visited and we had pate and the mushrooms to start, steak for main (amazing) and dessert. All reasonable price. Quality of food was outstanding. We have been here numerous times and we have never had a bad meal. Would recommend highly.
A pleasant country pub. Had a drink here with some friends and it was a nice atmosphere.
The staff I spoke to were also very nice and helpful.
I didn't have any food but it looked reasonably priced and I've heard good things about it.
Good size car park and beer garden too.
As country pubs go this is a good one to visit.

Lovely inviting old stone built pub. Good selection of beer, nice home cooked food. Menu choice not as good as it used to be. Great welcoming and chatty staff. Dog friendly as well.
Saturday evening. Very quiet. However. We had a table for 5... Food was lovely and plenty of it. We also had individual drinks plus a bottle of Procseco. We had a main meal each. It all came to just £80... Thank you will visit again. 10/10 for me.
Fantastic pub, beer/cider, staff and Sunday Lunch is just to die for. Just couldn't wish to find a better pub/eatery in a nice country village setting. Get there and try it, you won't be disappointed.
Lovely inviting pub , great drink selection , food fantastic , could do with a larger choice of desert s , staff welcoming and friendly , missy the dog was cute and friendly love her , we as a family will definitely be back :-)
