Beautiful brunch today! Great variety on menu. Lovely coffee! Really want to try the pumpkin pie and banana bread!!

Popped in recently after a trip to Cardiff for a tattoo. Had bought some beans before for my bestie online so I knew the quality was good, but the whole atmosphere of the cafe is just 10/10. Great quality coffee and the banana bread was incredible, recommend. Didn’t eat any other food but the menu sounded sooo good.
Felt very vintage/American diner with a better spin thanks to their branding but it just worked so well. Great space to meet up with a friend or get a a few hours work done.

Came to hard lines a few weeks back and had good coffee and some breakfast. Second visit today and had a sandwich and coffee and again really pleased with the visit. Harrissa chicken sandwich was great. Will be coming again when I'm working locally. Lots of people coming and going. Good atmosphere.

Best iced mocha I've ever had, just right mix between the sweet chocolate and the sour coffee, making a perfect bittersweet.
Lovely aesthetics, beige and brown, with wood accents.
Good music, not too loud, not too quiet, and largely enjoyable playlist.

Hardlines is my go to for a coffee or breakfast/brunch in Cardiff! The staff are always friendly, there’s a lovely ethos and they provide high quality coffee without any snobbery. The food is always good quality and there are tonnes of options. I highly recommend all of the sandwiches and the pecan and white chocolate cookie!

Super cool design ethos, fun branding coupled with delicious food and fantastic coffee supplied by their own roastery.
The staff were all super nice and helpful and made the whole experience easy and relaxed.
If you're in or even around Cardiff and enjoy good coffee and food it's an absolute must.
