We stayed near to this pub. From day one Jenny and her staff were friendly and polite. We had two meals, the Sunday roast lovely, and again on Tuesday evening. We had meals off the specials list both were piping hot and very good portions. Well worth a visit. Thanks to Jenny and her staff. Xx

We enjoyed a good meal at the end of our holiday in this lovely part of Wales.
The landlord is welcoming with a fun sense of humour, the beer is very good and the food was enjoyed by our party of 7. The menu is very broad and will cater for most tastes.

We where staying just down the road at Garth, we went here twice and could not fault the food, the service the landlady Jenny who was wonderful very lovely lady. Joined in our banter (mushrooms)
Would recommend this place anytime if your in the area... 1st class 👏👏👏👏

Really great, local pub. Very cosy and traditional - everything you could want in a countrt stop off.
Extremely lovely locals, good prices and knowledgeable staff who helped tell us about things in the area.
We enjoyed. A lovely meal on the Friday so much so we booked in for the Sunday on recommendation! The Sunday roast didn't disappoint and was like a true, at home roast.
Thank you so much for putting up with our poorly doggy and serving us some good grub. We really hope to visit again!

The Take Away food was lovely.... we were planning to go to the Pub to eat in as it was our Wedding anniversary but my daughters car wouldn't start.The landlady prepared meals from the menu for us to take away whilst waiting for the Breakdown services They were extremely kind and helpful lovely pub lovely people 😊
