Had Dinner last night and had a lovely time. All staff were equally friendly and pleasant and all service was highly efficient too! I had the pork and kimchi tacos which were beautiful and the sour dough we had to start was some of the best I’ve ever had. Drinks were all of high quality, I particularly enjoyed my brandy coffee that I finished the meal off with a mini dessert. I thought this was a nice touch as I was far too full for a big pudding. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place to anyone else . Also loved the music that fit perfectly with the theming 😊 Many thanks for a great evening!
We booked a table for brunch this morning and I was a little worried that the staff may have been a little, shall we say, 'delicate', after the celebrations of winning the Carlisle Living Best Restaurant award on Friday night... but I had nothing to worry about, the food was superb and the staff were amazing - our waitress overheard me mentioning it was my friend's birthday weekend, and without us asking, surprised her with ice-cream and the most impressive candle (*firework) and the whole experience was just wonderful and made her day! ...two of our group came all the way from Newcastle just for the brunch and we're already making plans to go back for the mains!
This is my new favourite place. Staff we so kind and friendly, the place is adorable, and I have never eaten food as good as this. Order the chicken waffles- you will NOT be disappointed

This is a fantastic place to eat for Carlisle! Everything and I mean everything is made in house off their menu. The decor is spot and and the staff are top notch. I had the chicken and waffle which I thought wouldn't go. But the so do! DELICIOUS

Easily one of the best restaurants in Carlisle. The staff are very good; helpful and friendly, without being over the top. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is always excellent.
The specials are interesting and well thought out with a good standard menu for the reassurance that there will always be something you'll like. First time you go, get the Chicken and waffles.
They also have an excellent selection of cocktails, the staff can help if you're not sure what to try. Personally, I love the smoked cocktails, I've never seen anything like them!
One of the top ten restaurants I've ever been to. Everything was impeccably cooked - the vegetables, the steak, the fish, all of it. Their cocktails were *on point.* The wait-staff were deeply knowledgeable and remarkably good at every aspect of their work. It was truly impressive.
Oh, and the atmosphere is incredible.
Down from Glasgow visiting our daughter and booked a table. Chose the brunch menu, everything we all had from start to finish was outstanding! Great little joint! Definitely will be back and the staff were very nice! Top marks guys!
We've been looking for quite a while, now, for a restaurant in Carlisle where we would like to eat regularly.
At last, we've found it. The food is amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable.
The menu is very interesting, and I can't wait to return and start trying some of the other stuff on there.
We chose here because we heard it won the 'Best Casual Dining' award in the 2017 Carlisle Living Awards - very well deserved, I think :-)
