Very busy but got served fairly quickly, staff friendly and helpful, I'm not a fan of McDonald's but Whopper was ok, cooked properly and reasonably priced. Good big car park. Wheel chair accessable.

Typical McDonald's, always busy, staff usually friendly, however more often than not something is wrong with the order served, always quick to fix it but I don't know of any McDonalds that doesn't mess up something in the order.
It's always clean, toilets are in good condition, and good selection of indoor and outdoor seating.

Macky D seems to have lost the plot..
Whatever part of UK you are in the fries are sickly pale and underdone. Only went to this one coz I was on a trip with others.
Burgers are dry.
Rolls more like cake.
Toilets stink.
Staff stumble around like they just do not care.
Except for Alnwick.
Which is exemplary.
You got to ask why this should be.
Me...I choose Burger King.
They have improved as much as McD have deteriorated.

Friendly staff, quick service.
Had my two dogs outside drinking water, lady came immediately to check if they need more and kindly refreshed the water bowl. Very appreciated.

Stopped here during a road trip to Scotland. Nice and busy place. Efficient service, friendly staff. Clean and spacious rest rooms and ample parking. Very conveniently located just off the M6 with a BP fuel station next door so you can also fuel your car at non motorway 🛣️ prices.

Excellent food, the burger and chips were well cooked. The restaurant was spotless - one of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been in. The toilets were also very clean. Very impressed with this McDonalds.
