Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the second time I have received water logged lettuce from this location. Normally, Chipotle's salads are great but this place does not dry their lettuce. I poured out a bunch of water and there was still water in every bite. The sad part is this is no where as bad as last time I ordered a salad from this location. There was so much water in it I figured it had to be a mistake. However, it seems to be a trend. I would also like to note that they missed my grilled Fajita Veggies on my last two orders. They have a good product, but need to pay closer attention to the details,

My experience here today was "ok". This location is currently online orders only (similar to Camp Hill), not sure why that is (labor shortage?). Thankfully I had ordered way ahead of time, but still needed to wait 10 minutes (about 20 minutes after my order "promised" time). There's got to be a way to put an alert in the app or website if there's going to be a significant delay.

Ordered online to save time. Mistake number one. Was promised s 6:50 pickup time. Didn't leave until 7:25. While hanging out in the filthy eating area. I noticed every single table was dirty. The floors of the lobby and kitchen littered with trash. When I got home to a hungry family only go find the bowl for my wife was missing the cauliflower rice. Portions were lacking for price paid. I will never patronize this establishment again. Save your time and money and avoid this particular Chipotle at all cost.

Horrible. I'll never use this location again. They regularly make mistakes on our pickup orders, but yesterday was the last straw. My chicken burrito bowl was missing the fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, and romaine lettuce! Basically I got a small bowl of rice, beans, chicken, and cheese. I also ordered a steak taco with tortilla and extra cheese (nothing else), and they gave me no cheese whatsoever! I should have checked everything before I left, but I was in a hurry after a long day at work. Never again. I love Chipotle's food, but the employees at this location are more incompetent than Urban Meyer as head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars. I'd fire them all.

Honestly I'm so tired. They literally never have fajita veggies. Ever. In the course of years, every single time I go they never have them. They're low or out of different things all the time. It's never very sanitary. I try to be forgiving, but it's so consistent. I've contacted corporate several times and nothing ever gets done. If it was a one off issue I would have no problem. Every time we go, I try to be hopeful and think this time they'll be better. We'll stay away for months thinking they will have had new management or staffing or corporate will have done something. Every time I'm disappointed. I just need to accept that this place will never change and drive the extra 20 minutes to Mechanicsburg.
