No clean tables. Dirty bathrooms with no paper towels. No ice. Out of Arby sauce and ketchup. Not sure how else you could screw up my visit? Thank God the food was decent, and the new kid at the register was nice, but guessing with these conditions, won't be here long. Ate in and no receipt either, maybe so I couldn't fill out the corporate survey?

No one was at the counter when I went in to order. There were people just standing around doing nothing. Stood there a good 3-5 minutes before a woman (employee) sitting in the dining area eating came and took my order. She was nice,but seemed annoyed.In the mean time the one girl was taking drive thru orders. She would make fun of the people ordering when she was done talking ( in front of customers inside) with the lady who took my order.

This Arby is off a highway. So you can expect a lot of travelers here. The service was quick. The cashier was friendly and helpful. My food was fresh. I dined in to use the bathroom, which was clean and also to get a break from being in the car.

This was an unexpected stop returning from the State Track Meet at Shippensburg. This Arby's was clean including the restroom. The service was pleasant and prompt. My roast beef sandwich was very good and the curly fries were delicious. This Arby's was a very nice representative for the Arby's food chain.

My go-to for something different from other fast foods. Vet discounts, friendly staff, hot and fresh food. Orders are always accurate. Love the seasonal shakes

Food good, but chicken sandwiches are never hot and fresh, but dry and tasteless, unless I order them fresh- and most of the time the order for them is wrong anyway.
Store manager is rude and condescending - everytime, (at least once every two weeks or more) I go there when he is there I feel he's unfriendly and dismissive. Truly dislike dealing with him.

Location right off Rt 11 is good for people going to turnpike or I-81. Needed more staff though at dinner time. Took little longer then what would be expected to receive food.
