Spare Time Lounge

Drove from Palmyra a little less then an hour to go here to see the band on Friday night, what a great experience, the band was awesome, the food was delicious and the drinks were cold!! In total all 8 of us that went were still talking about it last night. Beautiful outdoor venue with comfy seating and fire pits!! We will definitely be going back!! Thanks for a great night Midway!!

Friendly staff, fun, upbeat atmosphere. Plenty of lanes, though at least one was a bad state, with warped wood and one was offline. Food was okay, but don't come here for dinner. It's definitely bowling alley food, well below restaurant caliber. Lastly, if you're bringing the kids, know there is a lounge on site serving bar style drinks, including liquor. And there will be loud drunks present earlier in the evening than is necessarily healthy. Still, if you're an adult or group of adults just going to have a drink or three while you bowl, I'd recommend Midway. Just mind there is a lounge, and eat dinner before you get here. It's a fine place for bowling; just go there for that reason.

I've been there a fair amount of times, I've never had a bad experience or had to leave out of boredom. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. The facility is a tad bit dirty but honestly they do their best and that's all I can ask for. There is axe throwing, a nice bar with an indoor and outdoor seating, there is a nice firepit on the outdoor deck, they serve okayish food, bowling of course, pool table, virtual golf on certain days and an arcade! Will be returning, it is a very nice hang out spot for Mount Holly 😀

Nice place. First we've been here for a while. Very clean fresh new look. Ball selection a bit shy but over all nice. They have a lounge here now and food looks good. Incase your wondering, the food part is open when the lanes open. We didn't know this or we would have eaten here. Nothing online saying this.

Kayla the bartender there is by far the worst bartender I have ever had. She has the absolute worst attitude and acts like she hates her job. She has no problem with giving you dirty looks and speaking to you in a completely disrespectful way. I stopped going to midway for a while specifically because of how awful she makes the experience, tried coming back with some friends, but low and behold she ruined the experience once again. It’s honestly unfortunate because midway has a lot of potential, but they need to weed out some bad employees. Not to mention, she over charged my mother on her bill. We had 2 drinks and she charged us for 6. So make sure you check your receipts! When my mom told her about the mistake she acted as though WE were bothering HER and didn’t even apologize for over charging her. I can’t help but feel like it was purposeful with the way she acts towards us every time we go. We used to be regulars at midway but started going to the gingerbread man more often, all because one person can make a big difference in an establishment. We don’t feel comfortable around her. We will start coming back once she’s gone, whenever that may be. 🤷🏻‍♀️👍🏼
