Pizza Hut

Get the orders correct. Not only did I have to wait for the one personal pizza to be remade but when I got home we found the second personal pizza was incorrect as well. We ordered 3 personal cheese pizzas one without sauce that one was corrected before we left the other cheese came with sausage and Pepperoni which was wrong. We live roughly 20-30 minutes away from the store so coming back that night was not an option.

Does not deliver on Carlisle Barracks. Every other franchised pizza place delivers on base. Pizza Hut will not. I tip a good amount because I understand that the delivery drivers have to go through a background check. Today I was called and told that they didn’t know why they can’t deliver on base but the manager said that they can’t. So I had to go get in my car to meet them right off of base. I’m sure I’ll still be charged the delivery fee and tip. Which I understand but they need to have a prompt on the online portion that says they don’t deliver on base. Pizza also was a let down but that’s not the point of this review.

I know that the restaurant industry has taken a hit and are struggling to keep employees in store... But still no excuse for the manners of all employees including management... Completely terrible in my opinion. Me my fiance and our 2 year old son went to have dinner and we're basically put on the back burner because they didn't want to deal with the dinning room due to be short staffed.. after waiting for an eternity we finally we're greeted by the manager she then Informed us that they had an increase in prices and how unbearably expensive things were in an attempt to get us to go somewhere else?? Unbelievable.. (there was a slight increase in price but nothing to crazy to warrent telling guest that Prices are unbelievably high.. if you can avoid eating at this particular pizza hut I would..

Use to be my favorite place not anymore ordered online and it wasn't ready and they didn't have the order. that's fine order the food waited for it. Pizza was wrong had to wait another 20 mins for it to be fixed which wasn't good. I don't go looking for freebies but with all that i felt something should have been done to make it right that was over an $80 order and the put no care into.
