Dairy Queen (treat)

The Blizzard is the ultimate ice cream treat for me. I like the flavors of the month and the overall flavor selection. The staff of mostly kids is always very cool and inviting. Efficient and fast. Laughing and the kids excitement for the treats makes for a nice atmosphere while you wait Great selection of custom cakes to choose from also. One of my favorite places

This establishment is absolutely terrible. I went in tonight with my two small children and it was the biggest mistake. They are out of a bunch of the ingredients so you are limited on what you can get. It probably would have been better if they had a menu of what you could actually order instead of the menu they have. It is also very unsanitary! All of the toppings that they were using for people's ice cream are sitting on the count in white containers with no lids on protecting them from any type of contamination. The condiments for the hot dogs are sitting on top of the trash area and again the relish had no lid on it and the onion were just sitting in a tupperware container. The kids (yes the whole store is being run by just high school students) are making people's ice cream while handling money with NO gloves on. I can't even begin to think about what is touching all over people's food. None of the tables were wiped down and there was trash sitting on the window ledge. You can tell that the owner does not care about this establishment and allows the kids to run the place with no direction whatsoever. I will never step foot in this establishment again.

The time on the door did not match the time on the website People look at the website before they go to a store to see if the store is open very bad for business the website says 10am to 10pm on the door it was changed it said 10am to 9pm and 9pm was marked in with a marker very very bad business i will not be back there again i don't do bad business Customer's always right or did you forget that I will not be back to that Dairy Queen in Carlisle pa
