Such a good chippy! Best around! Chips fresh - super fluffy inside & crispy outer. Scampi was the best we’ve had in a long time including compared to some Cumbrian pubs. Fish cake was lovely too. Didn’t get fish but what I saw looked tasty - super crispy batter. Can’t fault this place and will be going back every time I’m in the area. Really nice modern shop too! Can’t fault this place. Been twice now and both excellent! Thanks!!!!

Cash only! One to remember and fine if the cash point next door is open. A MASSIVE fish. Tasted really good. Perhaps some of the best I've had!

Food was decent, can't pay with a card though which you don't find many of those businesses about now just a couple. Service was basic... Price of fish now is utterly mad, those cod stocks will be up in no time at all then they'll be giving it away 🤣🤣 small fish and chips was much better value and tasty. Work on the customer service skills a little, at the current prices you need to really..

Definitely the best chippy! Maybe even in the country! 🤤 The fish cakes are incredibly tasty, and the batter on the cod / haddock is perfect. It’s never overdone nor too chunky. The chips are some of the best we’ve had.
