Went to the cafe with 2 of my friends as a last minute thing to get out of the rain and was greeted by a lovely lady who was very pleased to take our orders and gave both my friends free chocolate cream with their drinks. Honestly a 10/10 experience and if I could give over 5 stars i would the service was just amazing ❤️❤️

Popped in to Hotel Chocolat whilst on holiday as been considering the purchase of a Velvetiser to upgrade our Hot Chocolate (and Chai Latte) game. In the store we met Zoe who assisted us with the selection of the product and even provided a demonstration of the product to us so we could see how it was done and to try the product ourselves. We were so impressed both with Zoe and the Product that we purchased the Velvetiser there and then and have been enjoying Hot Chocolates daily since! Zoe was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions well with a friendly professional manner.
Whilst we were checking out, Zoe and her colleague Jamie provided us with some recommendations of where to eat in Carlisle and we were pleased to say we went with Jamie's recommendation of 'The Last Zebra' which was amazing! Thank you both to Zoe and Jamie for the excellent service.

There are most beautiful chocolates I buy my chocolate all the time there to eat them and I like to drink chocolate velvetiserI enjoyed the chocolate I got a Christmas Easter and I like to go to the shop to drink the chocolate in the shop customers are very happy with the staff very helpful I have no photos yet but I will get some shortly I go to the Carlisle shop in English Street thank you again

Fantastic hot chocolate....I don't even like hot chocolate but I make an exception for this one. The chocolate flavoured whipped cream you get on top is like chocolate mousse, it's delicious!

A lovely place for a coffee or hot chocolate. Surprisingly not too overpriced! All staff are spot on and their mocha is fantastic :)

Very friendly, helpful staff in the Carlisle Store Lots of Delicious Chocolate Goodies to purchase .... always good ideas for presents, if you want a 'special Chocolate' Gift for someone or you just fancy a treat !!
