Staff as always, great, friendly and welcoming. The new decor will take some time to get used to, it is a bit too clinical. No soft comfy chairs anymore such a shame. The bun I had did not seem as nice as I have previously had. But I always take any opportunity to have a sit down and relax there.

Great location, really friendly staff, fast efficient service

FIVE-A-DAY

Spacious with many seats around. Easy parking too. Turnover is fast as most people are just there to take a brief coffee break before getting on with their journey or just to do takeaway. Some waiting time for your drinks needed.

Good Starbucks. Significantly more priced than the average Starbucks tho? Small chai latte cost the same as a large one I got at Cardiff services. So don’t know what’s going on there.

As always, the coffee was great although I had to ask for some ice in it to cool it down. When making an Americano with no milk please think about temperature. Prices are always a little higher in motorway services and you don't get the atmosphere that you get at your local Starbucks.

Nice food. But expensive staff very friendly and helpful. Not many parking spaces about 20 if that so don't know what you would do if its busy there not sure in you can park in the back as think it for the hotel

Coffee is exactly what you'd expect. Don't order the chai latte from here, though, they can't seem to make those correctly. Food good, not often busy, has recently had a refurb and looks smart.

Our second day in Wales, unable to find familiar coffee. At 4.52pm local time, we decided to drive 30 miles for a cuppa after a day of sightseeing. Splendid way to end a delightful Sunday.

Fantastic Coffee with great service and a smile being offered. There is a lot of space to sit down and enjoy some peace and quiet as well as a great selection of small bites, sandwiches or some sweet treats. Great for a quick coffee or to meet up and sync up with friends. There is plenty of parking available too.
