The woman on the till didnt have good customer service skills. Barely managed a smile. Looked bored. Had a bacon bap and it was just ok. Very thick bacon and had put butter on the bap and hadnt asked for that. So much butter that the bap was falling apart. Coffee was just ok as well.

Very disappointed in this meal. Been in store cafe plenty of times and always enjoyed my meal. First time ordering online and will be the last. The portion size was awful for the price that was paid. The wrap was also not great. 1 goujon and 1 slice of cheese and a load of bbq sauce. Definitely recommend being in store when ordering.

First class service, we have been doing the foodbank collection this weekend and the service we have recieved as volunteers has been amazing. Free coffee and tea plud free lunches for the volunteers. Thank you so much it makes our job so …

Excellent staff and good food but who in their wisdom decided to put ONE member of staff in the cafe on Sundays. This ONE staff member has to do EVERYTHING! Absolutely ridiculous.

the female employee claimed the cafe was closed at 4 pm when the opening hours clearly state here that it closes at 5 pm she was also clearly serving someone she knew.

Waited 30 minutes for a bacon bap.. the bacon was very fatty but tasted fine
