Quite simply this place is an offbeat gem. High quality, simple food. Lovely crafts too. In some ways very simple, but what's wrong with that. Great outdoor space too. Lovely owners. Wow homemade soup. Very reasonable.
A charming visit to The Turnip House today. Lovely food, prepared by John and Elaine. Grand atmosphere, and let's not forget Freddy! Definitely will be back
A hidden gem at the bottom of the windy gap with stunning views over the Mourne Mountains from kitchen garden. Beautiful homemade organic soups and cakes lovingly prepared by Elaine and John the friendly hosts.
