Succulent white cod in crispy batter, with well cooked chunky chips. The friendly staff had my telephone order ready at my chosen time. Good price too. Recommended!
Some of the best fish and chips anywhere with friendly service too. Lovely to get something to eat and sit outside on the benches and picnic tables next to the stream on a sunny day and watch the ducks playing. It is a perfect treat.

Set in the quaint village, the ladies were lovely, welcoming, service was second to none! Alittle wait, which considering the area was welcome and picturesque! We had a walk down the stream (think Keyser fancied duck 😏) Tip the lady said phone on a weekend to order (it was busy)
The food was just what was needed, curry sauce was *chefs kiss* 👌
And Keyser enjoyed his sausage as well! 🐶 😄. I didnt have fish, but it looked lovely and crispy. Big chip portions, when i come back, i will definately have a friday night chippy there again💜
Phoned in an order while at work. Girl on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Fish and chips were very tasty and I thought the portion of haddock was very generous! Curry sauce was beautiful too.
Just had fish and chips and jumbo sausage and chips. The fish was amazing, batter lovely and crisp on the outside but still soft on the inside, fish juicy and flaky. Chips were delicious, lovely and brown on the outside but gorgeously soft and sweet on the inside, hubby said batter on the sausage was lovely too, would highly recommend
Excellent! Short diversion from the M1, we stopped rather than uses a soulless services. Generous portions (this was a small) and lovely staff. The village green and stream is one minute away, perfect on a summers day. Five stars.

Always great staff and if you phone ahead food is ready for you to collect. Rightly very popular with excellent fish and chips. Portions are large. Bonus is can eat at picnic tables by stream in village in good weather.
Fresh and tasty fish and chips. Batter was crisp and nicely seasoned. Good choice of menu options and generous small portions available. Good value too. Highly recommended!
