A lovely country pub in Cavendish that is a definite must visit if you are in the area.
The portion sizes are very generous and will leave you with a full stomach.
Service was fantastic and the servers were always happy to help at a moment's notice.
5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all around.

Great Sunday roast, beef was amazing, loads of vegetable selection & extra gravy in a separate pot...... you won't find a better roasty!! Staff really friendly & location in Cavendish is really quaint. CAN'T WAIT TILL SUNDAY CONES ROUND AGAIN!!!!

Visited for the first time today and would definitely go back again. Lovely cosy traditional pub. All staff very welcoming and friendly, and the roast dinner was AMAZING, great portion size.

Lovely, cosy pub, landlord Tony very friendly, good range of drinks, haven't tried the food yet, but have heard it's very good, so we will be shortly, also dog friendly, give it a try, you won't regret it

Visited the Bull Inn for lunch on a walk from Clare. Wonderful food at a very good price. This pub has a lovely traditional, village pub feel — which includes the size of the servings. Recommended!

My wife and I stopped here for a light lunch today it was excellent, a ploughmans and scampi, salad and came with herb new potatoes. Host where very pleasant and welcoming ,and Sam behind bar! definitely will visit again

Passing through Cavendish today, we come across the Bull Inn!! We walked in and were instantly welcomed by Victoria, she offered us a table within 40 mins and we had a drink whilst we were waiting! We went and looked at the table but as there was a party of 12 in the same room we asked Victoria if she had another table as we didnt feel comfortable and she said she would see what she could do, within minutes she come back to us and told us she could fit us in near the bar!!! We was drinking at the bar when another lady come and asked us if we were ready to eat now or did we want to wait the 40 mins and we said we would eat now, Victoria came and told us the table was ready, we went and sat down and our food was brought over, plus an extra jug of gravy!!!! The food was exceptional, lovely selection of veg, loads of meat, potatoes and a huge yorkshire pudding!!! We were so impressed with how well we were treated, we were made so welcome and the food was delicious!! Thank you to you all especially Victoria, we look forward to coming back!!!
