Run by the MOST committed lady I've ever met :) A quiet snack here is implied by the location and presentation... but of you get chatting? Wow, what enthusiasm!

Fabulous 'proper' village tea room. Coffee and cakes are excellent. Gluton free and vegan options (indeed this vegan, a calorie-conscious reluctant cake eater) was tempted to a quick return and a wonderful vegan Jaffa cake cake baked specially!)

Stopped in for a coffee with our two dogs after a walk around the village. What a little treasure. Great service and food and friendly customers who we had a chat and laugh with. Loved it.

Warm and cosy atmosphere, and friendly service. Bacon sandwiches were delicious as were the homemade eccles cake and fruit crumble. We will be back and are happy to recommend.

Lovely little stop for tea on our way to Cambridge. Tea in a china cup and beautiful bakewell tarts to go with them. Well worth a stop.
