Stopped in for a coffee with our two dogs after a walk around the village. What a little treasure. Great service and food and friendly customers who we had a chat and laugh with. Loved it.

Lovely little stop for tea on our way to Cambridge. Tea in a china cup and beautiful bakewell tarts to go with them. Well worth a stop.

Warm and cosy atmosphere, and friendly service. Bacon sandwiches were delicious as were the homemade eccles cake and fruit crumble. We will be back and are happy to recommend.

This is a fairly recent find for us, the owner is such a nice lady, obviously a very good cook and Baker as the pastry items and cakes are truly delicious. You are always greeted with a friendly smile. We recently took a friend ,who had been isolating during lockdown, for a high tea and nothing was too much trouble. We were all made to feel very welcome and the sandwiches, cakes, sausage rolls etc were exceptional.
Our friend truly enjoyed herself and made her feel normal, whatever that may be, again.
This all combined with a trip to Cavendish, such a pretty place and Long Melford was excellent.

Small cafe looking over the green in Cavendish. Two friendly ladies sorting out your food and drinks. Not much space inside but the cakes are worth visiting for.
Out for a drive with my mother in law and we found this lovely little tea room. Cakes all home cooked and very very nice they were. We will go back again for a meal and more cake ... obvs 🤣
Upstairs is a small gift shop selling home made crafts, I bought some lovely candles so a bonus there.
Beautiful location with a fabulous view. A homely feel. Couldn’t decide between homemade sausage roll, cheese scone or shortbread so had all 3 with my coffee. Delicious 😁 will visit again very soon and will take my family and friends.
