A gorgeous little treat stop for my daughter and I! Located on Terrace Road in between the market place and the town centre, its handy no matter where you are. Call in for a delicious milk shake or indulge yourself in old skool sweets full of nostalgia!! Love it!! Great service too!!
We had such a lovely time today at the “create it!” session. The lovely ladies even made my girls a dairy free ice cream milkshake! We quite often buy sweets from here as the service is always brilliant and the staff are always so happy and welcoming x
We can not recommend Raise the Bar enough.
Stefan and Emma were on hand whenever we
needed to ask or check something with them and always went the extra mile to make sure that we
got what we wanted and offered their previous knowledge from weddings at Thornsett as to what
would likely go down well.
We really enjoyed our little trips to the shop to speak with Stefan and Emma was also so kind and
helpful at the farm. Nothing was too much trouble and prices were more than reasonable.
We’re looking forward to seeing you both again!
Raise The Bar are THE most amazing bar company I have ever experienced. They are exceptional value for money whilst not compromising on quality. Emma goes above and beyond to accommodate individual preferences and requirements. Raise the Bar made everyones experience at my wedding all that more enjoyable. Why can't all hospitality companies be this great ??! The provide excellent service and are incredibly efficient and hard working . NOTHING is too much trouble for them and I for one want to arrange another gathering if only to have the pleasure of working with them again. One word...... AMAZING ! ! !
Fantastic bottleshop selling beer, wines and spirits. A whole room dedicated to a great selection of beers from around the Peak District, a few breweries from further afield (Manchester, Bristol), and an extensive selection of Belgian bottles. Special glassware also available to buy. The wine and spirit selection also looked great!

It's brilliant to be able to support local businesses, not just because it's a local shop but also because local product is available including Chapel-en-le-frith ales which are top notch.
