Stopped for something for lunch after visiting the caves. Service was very swift and friendly.
The food was amazing, incredibly tasty and very well presented.
Even when I asked for a box/bag to take the rest of my cheese home it was no bother and it was very quickly given a container.

Such a lovely and quaint little tea room in Cheddar.
The service is excellent, and the staff and owner were very friendly.
The cream tea with warm scones was lovely, with freshly made local scones, and a good selection of jams available. There's a good selection of other foods on the menu including fresh pasties.
We'll definitely be back when we're next in the area.

My wife and l visited here on Saturday 15th. The service we received was fantastic and the atmosphere too. I had a sausage sandwich and my wife had the Brie and cranberry one. The food was fresh, plentiful and absolutely delicious. Throughout our visit the staff were courteous and attentive. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Really cute vintage tea rooms with lovely views of the gorge. Delicious cheddar scones and chutney and the best tea we’ve drank in a long time (Miles brand). Staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Wonderful tea room. We sat outside and enjoyed a lovely sandwich and pot of tea for 2.
I had a cheese, ham and cheddar chutney sandwich. Very fresh and tasty.
My dad had cheese and tomato and also fresh.

Delicious fresh made sandwiches and the scones are out of this world !!
Although I was absolutely stuffed I had to have a second one
Friendly staff , beautiful view and very nice atmosphere
Definitely recommend and there is no way I will not come back even if I have to drive 2 hours , scones are worth it !

Get your self down here now and try there cheddar cheese ice cream it is most usually but unique withe great flavour especially if you like cheddar cheese

We had a wonderful lunch at Holly House Tea Rooms. It's recently had new new owners and they have updated the whole look of the cafe.
It's lovely inside and the new owners are very friendly. The service was fantastic.
They even made my dog welcome with a water bowl and treats.
We will definitely be coming back again.

Fab cafe most welcoming dog got a bowl of water before I had even put my order in. The ploughman's was lovely I swear they put extra large cheese on so I could share with my dog. Highly recommend helpful and gave me directions to a dog walk I might enjoy. Please support by visiting we need more dog friendly places such as this.
