This afternoon 19th October I took two friends for afternoon tea; it didn't disappoint at all, I have given it 5 stars for the food, service, ambience and cleanliness and would recommend it to anybody and the bone china teaset was a really nice touch! Well done Loubees.

although living very close to Loubees I had never stepped inside.
a visiting friend "found it", and next day we all went there. It as a pleasant experience... Loubees staff are helpful and the food and drinks were very nice. For a central location of a city, prices are about as expected. I don't expect anyone to be disappointed with the Loubees experience. We all enjoyed it. 5/5.

Really lovely, busy tearooms. Waitress couldn't have been more helpful! Washroom facilities could have been better (not sure if the one on the upper floor is the only one). I look forward to returning as I have since discovered from their website they have a garden area.

A very charming friendly professional establishment.
Food is of great quality, hash browns are to die for.
I ordered off menu as I don’t eat eggs. Very accommodating.
Notmally can’t get my husband out of here without purchasing homemade cakes.
