My wife lost her phone on Saturday night at the club. My wife left a message for Tara the duty manager on the Sunday and Tara couldn’t have done enough to help my wife. Tara called her back very promptly, reassured the club would do all they could to find the phone and promised to call the staff. The next day Tara called me to inform us that the phone had been found at reception complete with money left inside. Tara had even left her own phone at home so had to call her husband to retrieve my number to then call us with the good news. What fantastic customer care on top of what had been an excellent evening out for my wife at her work’s Christmas do. Fantastic stuff, Faces!!! 👍

Had a great time out with hubby Nye 2017. Bottomless prosecco 🥂, I had a hangover headache for a week 😁 😂. Staff kept topping my flute glass 🍸 up, sometimes when I wasn't looking lol. I'll take more water with it next time 😂 . On the whole it was a great night out. Probably better to go with a group of friends to have more fun 😁 I would definitely come here again.

We had an absolutely fabulous evening the food was outstanding and the waiter was too. A lovely lady Clare called me before my booking to check if we would be using a groupon voucher which we was. I was absolutely amazed at the high standard and quality of food and service. I would defintely recommend whether Groupon or not
