My wife lost her phone on Saturday night at the club. My wife left a message for Tara the duty manager on the Sunday and Tara couldn’t have done enough to help my wife. Tara called her back very promptly, reassured the club would do all they could to find the phone and promised to call the staff. The next day Tara called me to inform us that the phone had been found at reception complete with money left inside. Tara had even left her own phone at home so had to call her husband to retrieve my number to then call us with the good news.
What fantastic customer care on top of what had been an excellent evening out for my wife at her work’s Christmas do. Fantastic stuff, Faces!!! 👍
I've been to faces a few times now, I must say, music and staff as always, great. Friday nights they normally do a special, I had the fish and chips, plus a glass of wine for a tenner. The food was great, great value for money, I'd highly recommend it.
Fantastic evening with cocktails and food cooked on the Josper Grill. We were well greeted at the door and asked if we wanted to be seated or have drinks at the bar first. The girls had fantastic cocktails, and the bar staff took great care in creating and presenting them. Live singer gave a great atmosphere to start our evening. We were told that in the last couple of weeks it was a new menu. Lovely open plan kitchen, so you can see the amazing looking dishes coming out. All the starters looked tempting, and I changed my mind three times, couldn't decide. Two of us had Fillet steak, both cooked to perfection, and the side of lobster with vegetables from the josper grill are a must. Staff very helpful and knowledgably with the whole menu even in the choice of wines. Fab evening, will definitely be going again to try the different dishes.
Had a great time out with hubby Nye 2017. Bottomless prosecco 🥂, I had a hangover headache for a week 😁 😂. Staff kept topping my flute glass 🍸 up, sometimes when I wasn't looking lol. I'll take more water with it next time 😂 . On the whole it was a great night out. Probably better to go with a group of friends to have more fun 😁 I would definitely come here again.
Had Sunday roast beef dinner today at Faces woth my husnand it was delicious, the staff were super friendly and there was live music to add to the relaxed atmosphere and comfortable surroundings. We will definately be visiting again.
We had an absolutely fabulous evening the food was outstanding and the waiter was too. A lovely lady Clare called me before my booking to check if we would be using a groupon voucher which we was. I was absolutely amazed at the high standard and quality of food and service. I would defintely recommend whether Groupon or not
We went for an Afternoon Tea which was lovely, The food & service were both excellent & the value for money was superb. The atmosphere was slightly lacking but for us we'd prefer quiet so we can chat & hear each other speak - so it worked out really well. Would definitly go back

Really nice restaurant, great menu selection! My starter and main was main we're both really nice. I would defiantly come back here again.
Awesome bar - great night out, awesome music, people all seem decent, dress code is smart/to impress. Best bar in Chelmo!
