Great local pub. Amazing staff. Darts team. Pool team on its way. Trips, bingo tuesday, raffles. Recently raised money and got a defibrillator onsite. Buy one get one half price mondays.

Wife went for babyshower for work colleague at pub. Food not served except for functions(of which I had some, basic simple food, but done well), service good(sat outside), and glasses, etc cleared regularly by attentive bar staff. Very proactive in that respect and in keeping area tidy

Ordered a burger that was accompanied by chips and onion rings. 2 RINGS !! Just about meeting the plurality of the description.......come on guys.... surely you can do better than this 😜

The new owners have done amazingly with the refurbishment not only indoors but with the outdoor garden area aswell!! Beautiful interior with pool table dart board & quieter area with tables & chairs aswell as the bar area. Lovely garden tables & chairs & a safe enclosed children's play area outside.

This is an awesome place. Staff are so friendly, inviting and accomodating. Great selection of beers, lagers and spirits and the food is awesome. I have never had any reason to complain

This pub had a very bad reputation, however it has been taken over and I went and it was so different its was friendly just like an old fashion friendly pub. I only popped in for one and ended up stayed 5hrs!! They now run lots of events and it's very family friendly . Dont listen to the old reputation try it for your self

Amazing. Haven't been for years. Today there was a very Welsh welcome from the new owner. The interior is looking comfortable and even cosy due to the new woodwork and atmosphere. I'd appeal to locals who care to come along and see the new thing. Quality pies on offer in this 5 star trading standards food outlet..Hoping they can get Brains on tap
