The place was filthy dirty when I visited. I'm surprised at this as it falls below McDonald's standards of cleanliness that's often seen at their other branches. Here's to hoping they sort this out..

It was very dirty,worst mc donalds i have been.full of fly,food was missing and drinks not only for us many customer was try to get missing items.management team is should do better

What are you gonna say when your 2.5 year old out of the blue asks for McDonald’s?
Heading home from the park we took a detour to grab a drive through.
The staff were very polite well spoken and friendly throughout our 3 points of contact in the drive through!

I’m not sure about all the negative comments before mine.
The staff are efficient and attentive. There is always good customer care (making sure sauces and additions are offered Ect)
The restaurant is spotless. (I don’t think it has ever been ‘filthy’ when I’ve gone in there. Harsh!)

Honestly the worst McDonald’s around. Incapable of fulfilling even the simplest of orders, or when they can’t be bothered, just leave things out completely. Being the only store to deliver to me I’ve been stuck with them. 5 orders and 4 wrong. I can’t imagine the brain power needed to put together a very simple order is high. But my experience leads me to believe you actually need to be a rocket scientist in order to actually get an order correct.

Avoid at all costs!!!
If I could rate a 0 I would.
Had drive thru and had to wait 10 minutes for a simple order, finally arrives and we have stone cold chips.. send it back.
We park up to sort food and find the burger is stone cold too!! Took burger into shop for new one and while there witness dine in customer sending back the tray as its handed to them as also cold.

Food fine but this McDonald's is repeatedly (but we keep going) the slowest service. We sat for 20 minutes in the restaurant waiting for our food again. Other tables also waiting ages. But it's always the same. Never go here unless you plan to make a day of it haha 😄

Had the new crunchy chicken. Bread was dry and fell apart. Chicken half the size of roll. It was very messy. Don't think I will try again. Normally McDonald's get it right but not this visit
