First time for us and would thoroughly recommend it. We visited on a beautiful September day and the views were marvellous looking down the river, across to Kent and further right to Southend. Lovely big bunches of grapes on the vines too. We sat outside but inside was roomy and very clean looking, good selection of drinks and cakes etc. Only noticed one toilet which was disabled/unisex/baby changing. Polite staff. Well worth a visit.

Vineyard and cafe overlooking the river Crouch.
We went to a private function held there. There is a cafe that looked to offer teas coffees and snacks. Outside is a grass seating area. Inside there is an upstairs gallery area with an outside veranda that has stunning views out across the river.

First visit so messaged to ask if it was necessary to book a table, got a reply within 2 hours, even though it was Saturday evening. Limited savoury menu, but excellent choice of cakes and drinks. Staff lovely, with both inside and outdoors seating. Limited seating on ground level indoors, but up the stairs is open, with even more terrific views than from the outside seating area. Great views over the river. Yet to try the wine I bought whilst there. Will definitely be heading back there soon 👏

Cakes looked great, unfortunately didn't try them due to nut Allergies.. but would Cater if phoned in advance which is a nice touch to know.

Afternoon Guys, just wanted to send a little message to say we had such a beautiful afternoon at your estate yesterday. It was our first time out on a "date" since Lockdown... And it was also the 4 year anniversary of our engagement and officially 1 year until our wedding. The views, atmosphere and wines (and huffers!) made it a fantastic afternoon. We will be back and we will be bringing friends and family. Massive thank you to the three extremely helpful ladies working in the café. Have a fabulous week ahead!

We went here for a Father’s Day treat. They had a Father’s Day menu which was a manly afternoon tea. This was great and my husband really enjoyed it. The prices were very reasonable. Their wine is very nice and they have tasting sessions, they also sell tea coffee cake. The staff are very friendly and the surrounding fields and vineyards are very picturesque.
