Napier Restaurant & Orangery

What can I say about Victorias, The food was made with quality ingredients, good portions and excellent service. The restaurant is is airy and had comfortable chairs. It has a lovely view of either the monpelliar gardens or the hotel garden. On the day we went (Saturday) there was live music from a musician who was got you involved with asking for a request and played a mix of genres to cater to everyone. The service I feel needed a special mention as we were served by 3 different people and everyone of them were accomodating, super friendly and fast with service.

Our family of four had the festive afternoon tea. It isn't the cheapest, but I would eat there again - good food and great service. I wondered what the children's menu would be like, as some can be average compared to the adults. However, they were amazing! I was actually quite jealous of their iced shortbread cookie.

Having eaten here twice in the past couple of months and had above and beyond service, I enquired about exclusive use of the garden area and horse box prosecco bar to celebrate the launch of my bestselling book, The Little Book of Confusables. Alannah in the events team could not have been more helpful. On the night we had superb service from Mac, Eleanor and the team who made us feel incredibly welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Fab central Cheltenham location, highly recommended. Thank you all :)
