My nan and I have both recently purchased apple watches. We were helped out by Michael J who helped us to find what we were looking for, he provided excellent customer service and was extremely friendly :) we are both very happy with our watches and would come back again.

Quality department store, the retail shopping experience was superior. Slightly unorganised in terms of finding your way around. Clothing and electronics sections all mixed. But overall solid shopping experience. Pleasant staff

Great store in the centre of Cheltenham. Very helpful and polite staff whatever department you chose. There's a large cafe upstairs at the back of the store with a great selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices.

Had a great experience using the personal styling service. My stylist (Rosie) had everything ready for me to try on, it was much less overwhelming than wandering about the store. She was so responsive to what I liked/didn't like and we found me an outfit very quickly. I really enjoyed trying a few things on that I wouldn’t usually have picked out. The changing room was large, clean and really comfortable. Just a great experience, I can’t wait to come back!

Nice store but I would *NOT RECOMMEND* using the car park. The ramps up and down levels are only just wide enough for a car making turning into them very difficult

Thanks so much to the person that yesterday afternoon was collecting and leaving the table spotless for me in Place to eat ; so patience and friendly staff, best customer service ever. I love the coffe and cakes most and the salads are fresh and tasty as well, more than enough choices.

We keep coming back. We align with the ethos of good, honest, sustainable products and service. It just works rally well. Always helpful partners who give honest personal experience advice. One of the smaller jlp stores but more than enough choice. If not in stock then fast delivery to home. Tech support brilliant. A reasonable charge for setting up a mobile phone. Saves hours of messing about. Soup always good in the cafe. Well done.
