‘AIDEN’, cheltenham Highstreet branch. As a former Team leader in both the retail and health care sectors, I was incredibly impressed by the level of product knowledge and customer care from your in-store advisor ‘Aiden’ at the Cheltenham High Street Branch. Aiden took every care and went ‘Above and Beyond’ to fully explain the new sandwiches and advised on the meal deal options and allergens and created a welcoming and attentive atmosphere in store. A credit to your Team! Well done!

Never disappointed with subway. Their selection is great, it's usually very well made and staff are again usually friendly. No bad experiences so far. This subway is very small with maybe 8 seats right by the queue/counter so advice is to eat out.

Great subs! Standard Subway...still disappointed though that Pulled Pork is no longer on the menu. But good old fashioned subs like the rest.
