I love the cinnamon pretzel so I keep coming back. One thing I hope they'll improve is the app implementation? I always have to 'catch' them at the till, since they can only register a transaction on the rewards app if it's mentioned at the beginning? That's very counter-intuitive, especially when they don't prompt you for the app.
Love going here, the cinnamon sticks are lovely and shakes too! Only thing im not much of a fan of, the sticks are a little bit over coated with sugar 😢 i would prefer less
Brilliant new refurb! Always loved the pretzels, so today decided to try the new shakes. Very tasty thick shake with your favourite chocolate bar. Would have loved to mix a couple of flavours together, banana and snickers for example, but alas this was not an option! Still the shake I had with malteser, chocolate sauce and cream was wonderful, so can't fault them. Service was prompt and friendly.
Delightful staff and delicious pretzels! The bacon & cheese is particularly tasty and the coffee is nice and great value compared to many places in town! If people's only Quarrel is that the staff have to stop serving to clean up on time for the centre to close they're having a laugh!
I love your cinnamon sticks - second to none but could we go just one year without quantum leap price increases? I now pay £ 4.20 for something I paid a lot less for a year ago. I don't want to go back further otherwise I may stop buying altogether.
Always have to have a pretzel dog...great staff & will be going back soon!
