I have had the kebab there quite a few times and it is the best kebab in town. Very good money the people that work there are very friendly and the kebab and chips, an extra large for £10.17. That’s very good value for money and always early. Definitely recommend it

Tasty meats, fresh salad, value for money and always arrives early if ordered on JustEat.
I love how the put the pita separate, stops it becoming soggy and I personally don't always like the bread (while doing keto), so nice to have the option. The mixed kebab will easily feed 2!
Been to the shop recently and service was great in store too.
Not sure where negativity is coming from on here - I've tried most of the places in Cheltenham and most are 'OK', but they don't compare to Flames/Antalya!

They mistakenly sent me lamb instead of chicken during a busy weekend dinner time. Phoned up and received profuse apologies from the chap on the other end. The replacement kebab arrived within 10 minutes, with further apologies from the driver. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time. This is how to deal with them. Kebab tasty and well seasoned. Salad fresh and crisp. Chilli sauce punchy enough to not disappoint a capsaicin addict.

First time customer. Large donner, salad, chilli sauce and garlic sauce. Absolutely brilliant. Meat was flavoursome and not at all greasy. Salad was clearly fresh and crisp. Chilli sauce was tongue-tingling and the garlic mayo was thick and delicious. Certainly one of the very best kebabs I've had. Recommended.

Not had a takeaway so can't comment on delivery, but each time I go in for food the staff are professional, friendly and super efficient. What I really like is the portion sizes. They do not hold back with the Donner meat and chips!!! Honestly, never actually been able to finish something I've bought. Well worth the money

The staff were attentive and friendly... I had the chicken shish with döner meat. The döner meat was very much like most, the chicken was very tender and well cooked. The portion size was plentiful also... I love my spicy food but my only gripe was there was too much chilli sauce, even for me!
All in all, good food... Would return : )
