Subway

I had visited an aquatic center nearby and was about to pass the subway so decided to pop in. I wasn't expecting such exceptional service. The lady was friendly, polite and incredibly helpful. I mentioned my friend was vegan and decided to have 2 subs but with 2 different vegan fillings. She wrapped the subs individually just so I could share easily with my friend. She also labelled them. The only thing that bothered me is paying £18 for 2 sub meals. I thought it was expensive.There are 2 subways on bath road. The one I visited was on the same side of the road as pets at home.

We ordered via Deliveroo and unfortunately our 12 cookie box was missing. Called the store and they offered to drive the cookies down themselves as the deliveroo rider couldn’t be contacted! We went to pick up the cookies instead but it was really lovely of them to offer. Very nice people and good food

Despite there being a number of Subway stores more conveniently located, I always choose the one on Bath Road when possible. The staff are absolutely brilliant - they make a point to remember customers and their regular orders (maybe I go too often?). They also make sure that you get exactly what you want, where many stores concentrate on just throwing things on as quickly as possible. It also gets much less busy, during peak hours, than the ones in the town centre.
