The granary bread is excellent, £2.10 a loaf, pricier but better than Tesco & Waitrose in my opinion. I can’t comment on any of the cakes, as I’ve only ever bought the bread! .... but they look very tasty.
I can see why this place is rated so badly!
Came here earlier with my daughter and was appalled with the attitude of the young lady (larger lady with reddish hair). She wasn’t just rude to me but also …
Good traditional bakery which is great to see. Pleasantly surprised to see bread pudding and other favourites available. Prices were very reasonable with friendly staff. Can't really complain! Well worth a look.

Reason I'm giving one star as I asked if the pasties were hot the woman told me they was warm only to find out there stone cold!!!
My go to place when I need a takeaway lunch. Meal deals excellent value and coffee lovely. Staff always welcoming & efficient.
Why do you not sell a Cheltenham favourite ’Drippers', do not try and palm us off either with Lardy cakes.
