My partner and I keep coming back to this place; the entire experience never disappoints. The dishes are incredible, the team are always so polite and kind, and it's a great atmosphere no matter what time you go. I always recommend to people if I'm ever asked where a great food spot is in the city. We will definitely be back again soon

We celebrated my daughter's birthday here and have returned several times. The atmosphere and service are great. There is such an extensive menu that I would strongly advise downloading it, to peruse at leisure before your visit. Otherwise you really will be spoiled for choice. The food is truly excellent.

Loud place, quite crowded, as you'd expect on a Saturday night, but the food was delicious. We got Pad Thai, cashew stir fry and teriyaki noodles. And ice cream for dessert. The waitress was probably learning, but we got everything we wanted on time so no problem at all. The portions were sufficient and it really was delicious. Definitely worth recommending.

If you’re in Chester this is definitely worth a visit! The inside of the restaurant was very charming and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and attentive. Every aspect of the restaurant was perfect, especially the food. This was the best Thai experience I’ve ever had!

Literally the greatest dining experience of my life!
the staff were absolutely incredible and the most accommodating people I have ever had the pleasure of being served by.
the food was so incredible I literally cried when I took my first bite!
The drinks were so brilliantly made that we had eight cocktails without a second thought.
This beautiful restaurant deserves more stars than there are in the sky: I intend to dine here on every special occasion for the rest of my life!

Food was delicious at the 9 Elephants Their Drink & Dine, starters and main courses were done perfectly. The drinks however is the reason for the dropped star. The first two beers we ordered came to the table already opened but they were room temperature, not chilled which was really disappointing. For the next drinks we asked for them to be cold and they were, we shouldn't have had to ask for this. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.
