Delicious Eggs Mushroom, with 2 huge mushrooms and 2 perfectly poached eggs nestling under a blanket of hollandaise sauce on crispy sourdough bread, and only £8.50. Great service too. Would definitely come back.

We needed an early breakfast before heading home after dropping our daughter off at uni, Cinderbox Coffee opens at 8am even on a Sunday, we ordered 2 large breakfasts and an eggs royal along with coffee and juice, the staff are very friendly and efficient, the food was all cooked to order and the quality was great. Nice relaxed atmosphere and didn't feel at all hurried, we didn't get a chance to try the pastries but will be going back next time we are in Chester

Stopped in for lunch with my sister, had sourdough bread toasted with smashed avacado and 2 poached eggs. Absolutely delicious. Good quality tea. Everything presented with friendliness and care. Will definitely go back as the cakes looked great.

Popped in for a drinks and snacks. Had a warm welcome from the Lady taking the order finishing at 12.
Full memu, we had the cinemon twist and in house made sausage roll, both good quality and tasty.
Good value and nicely decorated.
Would go back and recommend a visit if passing.

Great pavement cafe on busy city centre street to sit and watch the world go by. The outdoor tables have chairs you can get comfy on. Service is noticeably faster than the competition next door.
There is a good little selection of cake and the pasties are particularly large. The cinnamon twist is a nice twist on the cinnamon swirl. Almond croissant great with coffee.

Lovely little coffee shop. We had drinks and cakes. The cappuccino was lovely, really smooth coffee. The cakes were all really good. I had the bakewell which was particularly tasty. We would call in again, to try a breakfast as they looked really good. I'm pleased we called in.
