Amazing staff here, i am gluten free and the manager’s knowledge of everything was amazing, he made me feel safe and comfortable that my food would definitely be uncontaminated. The atmosphere was relaxing and the food was amazing too, definitely recommend coming here if you have any dietary requirements!! Thank you

Arrived at short notice with no booking and was met by a lovely gentleman who managed to squeeze us in. Lovely food and atmosphere attentive friendly staff and prompt service from ordering to food arriving much appreciated as we were eating pre a theatre visit. Lovely cocktails too - Would recommend.

Absolutely lovely rissoto and pizza. Got quite busy at around 7pm on Sunday but staff coped well. Would recommend booking a table. Good value for money and *optional* service charge which they helpfully made me aware of. Cash tips accepted instead. Big thanks to our waitress Kiera who was lovely, accommodating to allergies and helpful finding us a table.

Great vegan range. Vegan pizza and vegan cookie dough and ice cream was very nice. Would definitely recommend. Nice cozy place right in the middle of Chester plus 30% student discount Sunday - Thursday was a bonus. Also wonderful service from Holly. 5/5 for Holly’s vibes. If we eat here again then I hope Holly is our waiter😎😎 and if you’re the manager of Bella Italia Chester and you’re reading this, tell Holly big thumbs up from us. Only reason for four stars is because some food seemed overpriced for what it was. £11.49 for pizza is good, but £4.29 for the world’s tiniest pot of average fries was steep.

Took my Granddaughter to this restaurant, she fancied Italian cuisine and it was blooming wonderful, the food was excellent, the service was very professional, not intrusive but they knew when to approach you, they didn’t hassle or hustle you, it was just a very good dining experience and one will do again very soon. Thanks for a lovely evening.
