Large portions of cake! I was very impressed with the big wedge of velvet cake I had on a recent visit. The Americano I chose to go with it was lovely. I also recommend the vanilla latte, which I've had several times in the past. I've been visiting here for as long as it's been open, which must be well over a decade. The service is always friendly and efficient. The cafe is clean and tidy, I saw the waiter clearing and cleaning tables immediately after each party left.

Fab little place. Eclectic style with a nice vibe. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Lovely coffee and great choice of cakes. The place was spotless and freshly cleaned.

Top class, friendly staff, nice atmosphere and quick service.
Wide range of food such as Cajun chicken baguettes, jacket potatoes, salads etc
They also do really nice smoothies which are perfect on a hot day.
I’ve been going here for over 20 years and even when the owners changed the same high quality remained.

I've been coming here ever since I was a kid and I still enjoy it, though I haven't been recently since moving away for uni.
The hot chocolates were always absolutely my favourite growing up, and eventually the thickshakes too when they were introduced.
The food is always well made and tasty, quick service and friendly staff.

Nice foods & coffees. Vanilla Milk Shake was yummy.
Onion Toasties & Tomato Toasties were food items I tried & were really good.
Cappuccino was tasty & coffee lover will like it.
So many people was ordering Panini so you should try.

Nice food and excellent front of house staff. One slight disappointment was that there was a delay on the food. Our coffee was served and drunk before our food arrived. We are always happy to wait for fresh food and often select places that are busy as its a good sign. We would therefore rather have the coffee and food together.

I forgot how much I enjoy their chocolate drink with the cream and topped with caramel syrup . The warm Caesar pasta is always a winner as it is a good portion to share if looking for something light for lunch without spoiling dinner later. The atmosphere is vibrant and attending staff helpful and friendly.
