Domino's Pizza - Chester - Central

We had been let down by another delivery company and headed into this Domino's as it was close by. Staff were friendly and helpful even though we didn't have a clue what we were doing (have never ordered from Domino's and I think we were both so tired we weren't making much sense, LOL). Got exactly the pizza we asked for in super quick time. Nice. Also the pizza base is thick enough to be filling but not TOO filling and there's loads of topping. But I guess everyone who's actually been to Domino's before already knows this.

My go to Dominos in the area! They make good quality pizzas that are actually worth the money. You can tell that the staff work hard and don’t mess about. I have recently ordered from here and they take hygiene and infection control very seriously. My order has always been right. I have never had a reason to complain about dominos central Chester. Store is clean at the store front and back. They don’t accept cash at the moment which is a real bummer however you can go into store (as of 22/12/20) and pay by card or order online and pay by card. You can’t order online for delivery to pay by cash (understandable). Usually you can get a parking space outside dominos or there abouts especially in the evening from Sunday to Thursday as Fridays and Saturdays can be a tad bit busier with taxis, pubs and clubs.

So far brilliant! I moved to this dominos as the other dominos in Chester North was absolutely terrible. Chester North thought it was acceptable that a 17.99 pizza should have barely any cheese on the pizza and you'd get home and realise they got your order wrong, BUT here, they are really good at making your pizza in that it looks just like the advertised photos and they always get your order right. I have been many times and have always been really happy with the service, quality and presentation of food as well as hygiene and covid measures.

After having numerous bad experiences with Dominos North near Chester Zoo, I moved to Dominos Central and I've never regretted it. They get your order right every time and the food is made to a high quality. I just wish the service was a little more cheerful. Sometimes it's like someone died in there.

Last night we ordered a pizza each for the kids as a treat and one of them suggested Dominio’s. The website enabled us to create really individual pizzas, even to the point of the one who appears to have similar tastes to Dr Who. Being from the old century I still managed to make a mistake and had to phone the restaurant. The lovely lady who answered knew our order immediately and amended it free of charge, even though I appeared to have lost the power of speech, a shame considering we were communicating via the electric telephone. Impressed and grateful I went back to bathing the dogs. Just a regular Friday night. Not long after my phone rang and the gentleman delivering our pizzas said he’d tried knocking and had to move his car but should he come back? He was so nice about it, checked our house number and said see you in a minute. Except I’d put the wrong house number because I’m a lunatic. I even agreed this invented house number when he called. I may never know why but in my defence I’m a dyslexic liability. The thing is even with all these issues, which started to look like I was either one of those secret restaurant critics or else 🦇💩 crazy, only moments later our boys were happily munching two of the finest pizzas they have ever had so a massive thank you to the patient, kind and professional team at Chester Domino’s and the highest of recommendations to other, hopefully less challenged, families.
