Burger King

What can I say... Dirty table... Long queue... Half of the queue went out after few minutes of the wait... Service wasn't that good... We had to wait few minutes to get served... Food was ok, fries cold I saw them left during my queue for almost 15 minutes on the top of the fries machine... McDonald's is just to close they might be better than burgers kings. Not recommended at all.

There's a good reason that this place was empty at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant is in a poor state of repair and felt generally run down and grubby. A number of menu items were marked as unavailable. The general vibe was that the manager is trying to run the restaurant into the ground. The staff were pleasant enough, but didn't seem particularly happy to be there. When you take into account the price difference between BK and McDonald's (which is only across the road), it's no surprise that one was empty and the other was extremely busy.

The place looked dirty when I went in at around 6pm on a Saturday. Waited for a long time for food as only 1 person serving and they seemed more interested in getting the just eat orders done. Chips were cold so sent 2 regular ones back to get them replaced with 1 large chips instead as "it is the same amount anyway". Not once was I apologised to for our wait or the quality of the food. My chicken king bacon burger was nice and hot though.

The restaurant is filthy and run down. It looks like it's had no investment or TLC for years. The ceiling is coming off, the seats are torn and there's old litter and food stuffed down the seats that hasn't been cleaned for weeks. There only appeared to be two members of staff working the whole restaurant today. Waited 8 minutes before I was served with only one customer in front of me in whom was already served. Girl behind the counter had no hairnet or baseball cap and was constantly touching her hair whilst handling food. She was in casual trainers. She coughed in her hands and then handled fries. She was also popping to the back room to bring freh stock but not washing hands after doing so. The guy cooking was handling the burger patties and then putting fries and nuggets down with no hand wash between. Bad hygiene and management. If I'm not ill over this weekend it'll be a miracle. The place looks like it should be condemned until they get more staff and a cleaner. That said, the food was hot and tasty - provided I'm not ill in the next 48 hours.

Genuinely one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. It should have been a warning sign that at 5pm on a Saturday there was only 2 other customers in the restaurant. After ordering 4 meals we waited 20 minutes for our food, during which time the staff cooked 2 baskets of fries and dumped them on 2 baskets worth of cold fries from before we arrived and mixed them in: meaning half our fries were stone cold. The staff then got one of the meals wrong...twice. The staff were short and rude and the restaurant was filthy with rubbish on the floors and every bin over flowing. Terrible experience.
