This Taco Bell is nicer than the ones nearer to me. Food quality and quantity is better ( more meat on tacos, veggies seem fresher) very convenient location, clean inside and out.

Long wait. Didn't get what I ordered after waiting almost 20 minutes. No longer serve Taco Salad. Asked and paid for steak got chicken. Already home before opening. Used to be much better with service.

UPDATE: we just left at 455 pm and the young lady at the drive thru, plus the food being dead on, just solidifies my last review. Which was "this is the Best Damn Taco Bell around". They've had their moments of slowness but who the hell hasn't. Definitely recommend for evening food needs. Always great customer service too.

Sean was courteous, polite, and made deciding what we wanted through the drive thru a positive experience. After not having bottled water he gave us a large drink and coupons for the future. Kent Island fast food is a step above other places

Although there was a long wait and they were experiencing food outages, I found the service and accommodations to be excellent. They set a great example for a good customer service experience. Katrina was kind and helpful. Great job team!!

They had just remodeled and had no menu board. You had to order by memory or use the in-store order kiosk. I asked for an order with no creamy jalapeños but noticed that wasn't listed on my receipt. I immediately informed the cooking staff of the error and was told I didn't mention no sauce. It's automatic for me because I don't like spicy. Crazy, right? I had a friend with me who ordered the same thing, but when she got her order there was an extra taco in her bag. The place looks nicer after the remodel and it was clean. Plenty of parking and the order was ready relatively quickly.
