Bell Greek Authentic Grill

This was our first time eating greek food. I am typically a very picky eater. And I have never had a pleasant experience with lamb. But everything I tried was delicious! The waitress even brought us out a sample platter with several different menu items since we were first-timers! Great food, attentive staff with a warm, welcoming atmosphere

First time going to Bell Greek, the Spanakopita and tzatziki sauce were awesome! Never had Fried Calamari with tzatziki sauce and it was surprisingly good. Both my friends had a Gyro, one was lamb and one was chicken, they loved it! I got Baked Spaghetti and meatballs which I got a side salad that came with a fresh feta cheese on top. The salad was good, and the spaghetti was flavorful with fresh sliced pita wedges. My one set back, was it seemed like the spaghetti noodles themselves weren’t homemade or authentic. There were a lot of pasta like dishes on the menu, so it wasn’t like I ordered the one dish that was out of the ordinary. Our service was pleasant, our food was served promptly, and the chef even came out to check with everyone at the tables. We will definitely be returning, as we even took a Baklava home.

Looking forward to trying especially since score was similar to my favorite Greek restaurant in Richmond. Since our favorite was closed today we decided to try Bell's. Unfortunately it was just okay. We started with the hummus and spinakopita apps. The hummus had a nice flavor but needed a knife to place on pita. The spina was tasty but soggy on inner layer. I got the chicken souvlaki platter. The chicken was tender but unsure of seasoning. The dish came with beans, rice with sauce, and pita triangles. The beans were rubbery and didn't care for sauce on rice. Service was pretty good. Since dinner didnt go as planned we decided to forgo dessert. We drove out of our way to try and won't return.

Welcome atmosphere. We enjoyed authentic Greek cuisine. Our go to dishes were original lamb gyros. House made tsatziki was a plus. Good sized portions and also a choice of Greek astray if you want them. Definitely a new place for locals like us. Pic may not be the best but that is only because we were hungry patrons. Definitely recommend trying this restaurant if you are looking for a new menu option.

Service very poor, limited and slow despite the few customers. Food disappointing overall, not fresh, too salty. Prices too high for poor food and service. Ordered takeout to bring home for my wife. Upon arrival discovered Food was not what Ordered and paid. Instead of a Gyro Bowl/Platter with Salmon, there was only a pile of greens.

Literally AMAZING, Im so happy with my experience here cant say enough good things! The food is absolutely delicious, high quality, great menu options, and really reasonably priced. Soo satisfying and yummy! The restaurant is well maintained- very clean. The staff is welcoming and friendly , and our server Harley was super attentive and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed, and the service was super fast! I mean really really fast- we practically had no wait at all for our food. This easily my new favorite place. Highly recommend eating here!!

My family and I regularly come here and eat... and it has never disappointed!!! The Tzatziki sauce is superb, and the plate I always get is the chicken Santorini platter... and it NEVER disappoints. They serve a great amount of food, it is priced fairly well, and it tastes fresh and delicious. The staff is amazing, the servers are always so welcoming and friendly. I wish I knew her name, but she always compliments my kids. I was having a tough time with my baby, and she came and stated how wonderful my eldest is, and gave her a free cookie, which made her day! It made mine too, especially trying to wrangle my 9 month old who wants to explore. I would also like to say something quickly about who I assume is the head chef (he wears funky pants :) ) He makes rounds around the restaurant, asking if the food is good. I haven't seen that in all the restaurants I have been to. He goes around making sure his clients are taken care of and if they are happy with their meals. We have witnessed one time that a patron wasn't satisfied with his meal, and both the waitresses and the chef worked hard to make his meal a better experience. I have never seen this before, and I thought it was so professional and wonderful from the staff. I usually do not write many reviews, but when I do, it is a big deal.... and Bell Greek is quite literally a big deal to us :) I would recommend this place to ANYONE. It is so delicious and we have never had a bad experience there!!!
