Wait was about 25 minutes. Service was okay. Food was served hot and tasty. My Mom's catfish was a lot smaller than portions I have received in the past. I got the chicken tenders, and it was a lot! When serving fries, please bring the ketchup. I had to borrow one from another table after waiting about 10 minutes for server to return... Restaurant was clean, as was the restroom.

My first time having breakfast at Cracker Barrel and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was great and I love the strawberry mimosas. Our server Janell was excellent and extremely attentive to our needs. We enjoyed our meal.

I ordered two meals for pick up. My husband's chicken meal was not up to the restaurant's usual standards. The wing was unrecognizable. Instead of four different pieces there were a leg, a wing(!) and two thighs, his least favorite piece. We have always been extremely satisfied with our meals. Our hope is that this is an anomaly, and the next time the chicken will be better. My steak was fine and, as always, the broccoli was delicious.

Hello! Just got back from eating here again! Was surprised there wasn’t more customers during a Saturday afternoon. When we arrived we were seated quickly: drinks, utensils, condiments and food order was done promptly. Food was out fast, and our server Ms. Tyler was very polite, and kind. Ordered the Country Boy breakfast, and got steak with my eggs. Ordered the steak medium and the eggs over medium. Steak was a nice size cut, and was cooked well, but I usually order my steak medium at restaurants mainly because it usually always comes out closer to medium rare. Which was true with my steak this time. My over medium eggs where more on the softer side and were quite runny. Still very yummy as I placed my grits to soak up the juices. The biscuits and gravy were fantastic, and I was quite surprised with how good it was even after eating everything else. Ms. Tyler was very attentive by replacing drinks, and bringing a to-go box.

Server (Tamara) started out great but quickly lost her ability to keep the welcoming atmosphere when a discrepancy was found with the menu and the dish brought to the table. I've had the same dish at multiple other locations - ordered identically each time - and this was the only one to come with some unknown "garnish" sauce on top (unmentioned in the menu) on top of the glaze. I even asked for the menu to verify it wasn't something I had missed (although I read the description multiple times because I'm specific with the foods I order/eat) and all she could say to it was "well this is how this location has always done it." That would be fine, but being a place for travelers to stop, though, one should make sure to include that the menu item is modified at that location. Food took a while to show up but that would be understandable due to the high amount of customers and it was nice and hot when it did arrive. We both ordered biscuits and no cornbread but we're served half of each. The receipt was dropped barely moments after all of the food was on the table - definitely doesn't give the impression of the server coming back to check on the table or opening the ability to order desserts without waiting to get the tab rerun. But, on the other hand, it gave me the opportunity to look at the receipt before we left the table to pay. Noticed my dinner rang up at the wrong price, the drinks weren't listed correctly, and biscuits were listed for both so not sure why we got the cornbread. Each time there was a conversation to be had, the server was always in a rush to flee from the table, get defensive, or flat out was dismissive. The gentleman that rang us out was very sweet and heard out the complaints but we did forget to mention the absolute zero toilet paper in the restroom. He kept asking if we were joking about the server as he says she is their best one...but, unfortunately, we weren't. I hope it was just an off night because the hot food was the only saving grace about the restaurant side.

Pulled into Cracker Barrel at the Chester at Chester Virginia location for a free complimentary camping night stay during one of the worst thunder and lightning storms this season! Was traveling in my car with my service dog, thank you Cracker Barrel! And thank you Google for partnering, what wonderful information. (It is 3 a.m.) I got a nap and I made it to North Carolina this morning. Thank you , thank you!

Well cracker barrel has always been one of my favorite places to eat. But I must say I'm very disappointed with them. First I asked for regular hash browns and was told they do not offer regular hash browns any more because corporate stated they only want the hash brown casserole served. I do not like the casserole. So front the start cracker barrel went down on my list. I ordered the roast beef which I get for dinner at any cracker barrel I go to. Well I got what looks like chunks of the bottom of an empty dish of roast beef. I fed my dog more food than was on mt plate, not counting the mashed potatoes. Normally I get a slice of roast beef not little chunks. I left still hungry which normally never happens. I talked to the manager and he offered to bring me a little more but since my girlfriend was finished I wasnt going to make her sit and wait for me to eat. The Manager offered to take it off the bill. It's a nice gesture but I prefer to pay for my meals. Service was good, the waitress was spot on. The manager wanted to make it right so I have no issues with him or the waitress. I do have an issue with the hash browns. I do not think I will be back until I'm told the hash browns are back. Very disappointed loyal customer. I'm not even going to do the normal Christmas shopping there.

This was a great Cracker Barrel location. Seating and food was fast with friendly service. The fried apples were a bit too tough and the turkey sausage is a little spicier than I like. However, it was all very quick and the rest was delicious. The fried chicken meal was enormous and the mashed potatoes were delicious. The cornbread was tasty and I liked that they offered egg white options.
