Chili's

This is my first time in Virginia in my first time going out to eat at a local Chili’s. This morning I Woke up with food poisoning do to my food being undercooked. When I called the restaurant the female on the phone was already unwelcoming & immediately put me on hold for 10 mins, after picking up my food and heading home and while I was eating my food something tasted odd so I open my burger to see it’s still raw In the middle after I specifically said well done. My fries was burnt and sticking To the aluminum foil. It came to my attention though bacon on top of the fries was still non-cook. I throw the entire meal away and wasted my money. Please don’t eat here save you stomach & pockets

3 adults 1 child, dinner. Chili's is usually pretty consistent with the food. We had 1 meal, steak, that was not good. Over cooked and no seasoning. Everything else was great. The server is the inconsistent part. It seems to be high turnover. Mike is awesome! We've had him several times and he is on point. We even had a second gentleman that was buzzing from table to table helping out all the servers. Best experience there in a long time. The chips and salsa are amazing! A must have and they're free every time you go if you get on the VIP app club. Overall great experience!

Ordered through door dash and once again absolutely disappointed. The dasher was fine the food. First of all my “salad” was nothing but a bunch of lettuce, my burger, which I asked for pink, was burned and too well done, I asked for no onions and they put onions on it. I asked for Mayo, no Mayo in sight. The south western egg rolls were cold and soggy and to top it off they weren’t cut.

Service was slow as for being greeted. Food came quick. They seemed short staffed. Food was mediocre. Got a bacon cheese burger and the bacon had a hint of onion taste. One style of music playing. Not catering to everyone. Took a few minutes to be greeted at the front door. I guess the short handed thing again.

The only reason it's rated this high is because Mike was exceptional! To start I was literally about to get up from my table and walk out when Mike showed up. Apparently the waitress we were supposed to have was really busy and couldn't get to us so after about 15 minutes of waiting we were finally given to Mike. The food also took forever to arrive but at least it was hot and delicious!

Its chili's in Chester lol ! You can't expect excellence but I will say that service is better sitting in the bar area. Seems like servers in the dining area have sitting b faces and attitude. Also if your the type that liked to go out to people watch. Happy hour is like a diverse set of the show Cheers. You will definitely be amused and entertained.

Food was horrible! It was ready on time (I ordered online and used curbside pickup) order was not made correctly, burger was extremely greasy, fries were old, my lime chicken was extremely bland, dry, and hard! Only thing I enjoyed was the corn on the cob. They have some of the best corn on the cob but everything else was small portions and did NOT taste good at all!
