Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered door dash thinking my order was simple enough that they would not mess it up. I ordered a Thai chicken salad with extra chicken ($) and it comes with a side. I chose the Kale/Apple slaw. What I got was a chicken salad but not the extra chicken I asked for and no peanut dressing. I also ordered an extra ($) kale salad and didn’t get that. I paid way to much for a dry tasteless salad. I’m sure I will not be coming here or ordering from here again based off my experience and all the wonderful 🤨😏 reviews.

Initially I really enjoyed this location because my quesadilla was always on point! But after yesterday I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered my typical three cheese chicken quesadilla online, then went to pick it up on my way to work. I expected to be pleased as usual so I didn’t think to check before I left. So I didn’t open it until I was at work… and THIS IS WHAT I SAW. Grossssss 🤢 Waste of time and money. I had to be hungry until my lunch break hours later SMH. I called 4x and never got an answer. Unacceptable.

Only kids work here. Inefficient and 25min wait for two smoothies and 1 wrap. These business owners should be more effective by helping developing these kids in customer service. After all it's the customer walking through the door that pays the bills including payroll. My first experience here and I believe to be my last. We were not even greeted by register attendant. Tip jar should remain empty based on performance.

This is the worst! I go to this location because it's close to my house. I pre-ordered online. I didn't check my food because they were about to close in 20mins. I get home in 5 mins. I check my food ...not only is it sloppy but it's the wrong order. I called back to get a re-make so I can run and pick it up... NO ANSWER! The hours are until 9 so I know they could've answered the phone. No worries...I'll be there bright and early in the morning with a complaint!

this is my grilled cheese apparently. guy didn’t seem like he liked his job. and I don’t blame him. but this was disappointing :( if i can give negative 5 I would. This location sucks. They were happy to charge extra for supplements but not put any in. If you hate your job go get another one. I’m nice. I tip. I came for a second time to get smoothies and the kid was throwing a tantrum dropping and spilling everything everywhere not paying attention.

The online order pick up is extremely disorganized. I went to counter patiently waited 5 - 10 minutes for someone to come over ( there was a guy making smoothies by me but he was very busy with orders ) when a man finally came to give someone else their order I told him I had an online order and was trying to tell him the name before he rudely cut me off saying " sweetie you're going to have to ask him " him as in the man with 10+ orders on his screen making all the smoothies. It would've taken him 30 seconds to pull my order out of the fridge and hand it to me. I don't appreciate the name and also being cut off. I was still not acknowledged and had to go to the front counter for assistance for tried redirecting back to the pick up counter where i already was.

Stay far away. This was by far the WORST/NASTIEST place I have ever spent a dime with. It’s so much to address that it’s hard to even start… My wife and I attempted to eat here today and so much went wrong… From customer service, To my safety, To my health! I will try to be short and sweet. After standing at the register and everyone walking past us for about 10 minutes someone finally came to the register and took our order. As we waited for a ridiculously long time a guy comes to the register and throws down our smoothies. We ask what are the names on it and he walks away. Literally ignoring us. I ask the other cashier if he heard us and he states that he has a migraine… I’m confused on how a migraine effects your communication with your paying customers. Anyway I’ll skip to try to shorten the story. As we awaited our order the same grumpy cashier decides to walk to the front of the store and lock the 20 customers inside. At this time it’s maybe 10 minutes before closing. If I had to make a guess I’m sure that is against fire safety. Which I will be filing a complaint as well. I ask the same cashier why would you lock 20 customers in and he stated “As if I care”. Frustrated but at this point we had spent so much time inside we continue to wait for our food. Fast forward - we get home and I have a hair on my quesadilla and she has a fly in her smoothie…. Smh I can not make this up. How does one experience so much at one time. The negligence in the company is horrible. As I stated the customer service is trash, and my health and safety was placed in a compromising situation. Ps. I do not write reviews. And I forgot to mention they first gave my wife the wrong order and dropped the new one on the floor before going to make another one. That was just human error but to add that on to the other stuff… it equals a sloppy, unorganized and over all bad establishment. Also judging by the pre comments it appears they are not to pressed to address the issues. I will NEVER spend another dime here. If I was you I wouldn’t either unless you want to eat someone else’s DNA or have a appetite for flies.
