Manhattan Deli

All of Panera's food and drinks are good. At least the ones I have had. I LOVE their Broccoli Cheddar Soup. I ordered DoorDash and got the Bread Bowl with the soup. It didn't seem like a lot of soup, so I am glad I got a bowl instead of the cup. The bread bowl is large enough to use again or use to dip instead (which I did). It is good quality bread and they were out of baguettes (I got chips instead, but you don't get to pick the chips on DoorDash). I plan to eat more of the bread later with butter. It wasn't that much more either (I think like 30 cents?). I am not sure if it is less soup, though. All the sandwiches I have had are good. Today I had half of the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. Really good but I would ask for more greens on it next time and maybe a sauce/more sauce. I ordered the Tomato Basil Cucumber Salad as the side. It was good and will be a good snack later. I also got the Peach and Blueberry Smoothie with Almond Milk. Really refreshing. DoorDash is about a dollar more per item, FYI. It was all almost $30 and enough food for a meal and a couple of snacks. It helped make my sick stomach feel better and I feel pretty healthy after eating even with all the bread.

Disappointed, as I usually order a pick 2, I had the chopped BBQ Chicken sandwich and broccoli cheese soup for dine in order. It was very sad to see that I only had an extremely small about of chipped chicken on my bread, and the BBQ sauce appeared to be more in the side of the sandwich then in the sandwich. Super sad that this order is usually plentiful, but now I’ll have to go somewhere else and get more to eat. I would have complained but the kitchen staff didn’t even seem to care when I asked about the portion size, as the kid just walked off when I asked him a question. It was definitely not worth the hassle, and I didn’t want to cause a scene. Also the soup bowl was only about 1/2 full, seemed a little bit like less then normal.

I ordered curbside. So when I got there I parked in the #1 spot and waited no one came out I had to go. Ok no biggie. Got my order the smoothie was disgusting and the frozen lemonade was flavored water and my bagels weren't sliced! I know it's sound petty but after almost a $50 order I should get what I've asked for.

I ordered the bagel pack and then an additional half dozen. The cream cheese i requested (with the bagel pack)was not in the bag but the extras I ordered were. Bottom line if Panera is out of stock then customer should be told or items substituted. This is the second time I had an order from the Chester location that wasn't right. I had to stop at a grocery store to purchase cream cheese that should have been with the order. Check your bags before leaving to make sure everything's there.. Also they put my cinnamon crunch in the bag with my everything bagels so now my cinnamon crunch taste like onions. I won't be purchasing from this location again.
