My husband and I come to sheetz at least 3 times a week to eat usually more alot more. Every time has been 10 stars food service everything. But not on July 4 2022. Made me not want to ever come back. We ordered our usual appetizers 2 chicken sandwiches online then when we arrived we ordered our milkshakes. A large reeses shake and a speciality brownie reeses. I stood there and watched the ladies and listened to them screw up the brownie reeses shake. Once they called our # I let her know it was incorrect no brownie was ever added she said yes it was it is inside not on top its to be both like I said we come alot actually too much. This is poor customer service and has never happened until July 4th 2022 at 9:51pm we also spend an extra 15 20 each time on doggie treats . The 2 ladies working are just lazy and didn't want to remake it . Told my husband I won't come back again unless this is corrected as should be. Guess back to WAWA it's closer anyway.

Gas pretty good price didn't go inside, went to report gas price and saw the air filler and was so happy to find it was free, so I was able to load up my tires and get on my way. This place was packed, which is good.

Late night coffee and snack run. So I was actually going to meet a friend and decided to get a snack. Then I wanted a cup of coffee too. Now there are other places I could've went to but this was convenient and near the highest and also my destination. I just be so iffy with stopping that late and not being able to get a Hot Cup Of Coffee when I want one. Sheetz had Hot Coffee and the snacks I wanted. Lol I even grabbed a breakfast sandwich. 😁 I decided to take some photos to upload so people can know what to look for. The staff was friendly an patient. The guy that made my sandwich washed his hands and put fresh gloves on. The cashier was to funny. An I normally don't go to Sheetz.

Hair in my slider no condiments on 1 of the 3 and they put onions on it when I didn't ask for them. Also did not get my 3 cents a gallon off when I swiped my sheetz card. Was in a hurry didn't start eating until I got on the road. Bad experience. Staff was nice though.
I almost forgot to mention I got hotdogs as well and they were cold (like almost straight out of the fridge cold).

Dont ever order food from here. Its never correct and always cold. Literally put an online order in and still had to wait for 30 minutes AFTER the app said it would be ready,and the best part is my order wasnt even right. Bunch of people working here that dont care about their jobs at all.

3 issues in one visit. 2 food items made incorrectly. 1 cash gas purchase lost due to having to wait. They couldn't find it in the computer. They handed me 20 bucks and said sorry. Gas was only 18.00.
Food is usually good tho.

The cashier was on her phone. Plus the internet was down so I couldn't use my Sheetz card. Nice 🤬
